Timelessness tells a story of two 13-year-old children Berta and David who meet during the summer holidays in Prague. David brings a diary of his recently deceased grandfather that rises many mysterious questions. In a former house of their family, he finds and old watch and together with Berta they find a way how to get into the Timelessness – a space between times, where mingle myths and legends from different time periods, where wanders imprints of souls of people that cannot find peace. David and Berta realise that their grandparents knew each other in the dawn of the second world war, suffered a great injustice and they need to set on a dangerous journey to the Timelessness to set their souls free. This is a summer holiday they will never forget.
The film’s development was supported by the National Recovery Plan through the Creative Vouchers program and is funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU. This support enabled the creation of animation and technology tests and contributed to the completion of a teaser for project financing.
